TikTok creator Kash (@fivestarkashh) has shared how much he earned during a 10-hour Friday shift delivering for Uber Eats, while stressing that delivery income can vary significantly from day to day.
In a TikTok video titled ‘how much money I make off Uber Eats’, Kash said he earned £199.60 (about $269) during one Friday shift. He worked from 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. and used a Lime bike rather than a car or motorcycle.
Kash said he paid £30 (about $40) for a three-day Lime bike pass. After covering the rental, his earnings left him with about £170 (about $229) before other expenses.
He also said he did not earn the same amount on every shift. “Don’t be disheartened if you don’t get 200 straight away,” Kash said in the video, which had more than 20,000 likes. He added that earning £150 (about $202) or £100 (about $135) in a day could still make the work worthwhile.

Uber Eats earnings varied across Kash’s delivery shifts
Kash said his experience changed from one day to the next. During one weekday shift, which lasted from 4.46 p.m. to 6.29 p.m., he completed two deliveries and earned £7.92 (about $11). On another occasion, he said he worked for about seven hours and earned approximately £29 (about $39).
According to Kash, Friday through Sunday were the best days to work because demand for food deliveries was higher. He also advised people considering delivery work to keep moving between locations instead of remaining in one area.
Viewers questioned the costs behind the reported earnings
People in the comments had mixed reactions to Kash’s reported income. Several praised his work ethic, with some describing the money as ‘honest money’ and wishing him well.
Other viewers questioned the figures after considering the length of the shift and related expenses. One commenter calculated that £200 over 10 hours worked out to £20 per hour, although the work was irregular. Another noted that costs such as bike rental and food could reduce the amount left over.
