Guy Ritchie’s crime caper series The Gentlemen is returning to Netflix for Season 2, bringing back its mix of debauchery, shenanigans and Ray Winstone’s scene-stealing performance.
Released Monday, the Season 2 trailer confirms the return of Theo James, Kaya Scodelario, Vinnie Jones, Giancarlo Esposito, Joely Richardson, Jasmine Blackborow, Daniel Ings, Michael Vu and Winstone to the seedy underworld of an English aristocratic drug empire. This time, however, the action appears to extend to the luxury of Italy’s Lakes region.
The trailer also offers a closer look at new cast member Hugh Bonneville’s character and promises plenty of action, wisecracks and the signature energy associated with Guy Ritchie. Netflix additionally announced Monday that the series has been renewed for Season 3.
The Gentlemen Season 2 premieres on Netflix on Sept. 3.
