Klopp Seeks Support From Former Germany Internationals
The newsletter was reportedly aimed at former internationals considered deserving of an invitation to back Germany during its new phase under Klopp. Kroos’ comments suggest that he expected to be included among the recipients, although he said he had not received the communication.
Kroos raised the issue humorously on his podcast rather than presenting it as a serious dispute. His remarks focused on the apparent omission from Klopp’s mailing list and the contrast between the coach’s reported outreach to former players and the absence of a message for Kroos.
