Why This Matters
NBA preseason contests serve primarily as tune-up opportunities for coaching staffs, tactical experiments, and roster evaluations, often resulting in key franchise stars resting to preserve their health ahead of the grueling 82-game regular season schedule. During these lower-stakes matchups, candid and unscripted fan interactions frequently highlight the entertainment culture surrounding the league.
