Formula 1’s driver market is rapidly taking shape, with several teams opting for continuity ahead of the coming seasons. Max Verstappen has confirmed he will remain at Red Bull through the end of 2030, while Alpine recently announced a contract extension for Franco Colapinto alongside Pierre Gasly.

With many teams prioritising stability over major changes, the latest developments have focused on contract renewals rather than new driver arrivals. The remaining question is which seats are still available and who holds the key to the next moves in the Formula 1 driver market.

Which F1 teams have confirmed their driver line-ups?

McLaren are settled for next year with Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri. Norris recently extended his contract by several years, keeping him at the team until at least the end of 2030.

Ferrari are also maintaining their current pairing, with Charles Leclerc continuing alongside Lewis Hamilton.
