Chelsea Submit €45m Bid to Monaco for Lamine Camara

Chelsea have submitted an official offer worth a €45 million package for AS Monaco midfielder Lamine Camara, according to Fabrizio Romano.

Monaco consider the bid too low, but negotiations between the two clubs are continuing.
