How to play Pips
Players familiar with dominoes will recognize the basic mechanics of Pips. Domino-style tiles can be placed vertically or horizontally and connected to one another. Unlike traditional dominoes, however, Pips uses color-coded spaces with specific conditions. Connected tiles do not necessarily need to match.
The conditions apply to the tile portions inside each colored space. When a space shows a single number, all the pips within that space must add up to the stated total. In some cases, only half of a domino tile is contained within a colored space.

- Equal: Every domino half in the space must contain the same number of pips.
