Pinkchyu appears to reveal her age during livestream
Pinkchyu, the content creator widely referred to as the “goth baddie,” appeared to accidentally disclose her real age during a livestream with fellow creator N3on. Pinkchyu is the online name of Lin Lamar, who previously declined to confirm or deny reports about how old she was.
Earlier reports had variously claimed that Pinkchyu was 23 or 27. During the livestream, she told N3on, “I just don’t say my age,” prompting him to joke, “So you’re 25?” Pinkchyu reacted with, “25?! I’m not that old, Jesus Christ. I just turned 24!”
N3on immediately pointed out that she had revealed the information, saying, “You just said your age! I thought you weren’t going to say it?” Pinkchyu then appeared shocked, covered her mouth with her hands and began to panic. She continued, “My birthday was on September…” before N3on questioned why she was continuing to explain herself. Pinkchyu asked for the moment to be removed from the broadcast, then realised that the livestream was happening in real time.
Social media reacts to Pinkchyu’s age revelation
Clips from the livestream quickly circulated on social media, with viewers focusing on Pinkchyu’s reaction and speculating about why she was so concerned about her age becoming public. One critic wrote, “Honestly thought she was older.” Another asked, “How much ya’ll wanna bet she’s almost 30 and used the 24 number to be more believable?”
Other commenters defended the figure she gave. One fan said, “It’s been common knowledge how old she is yes, she’s 24 now,” while another wrote, “24?? Okay goth girl energy makes sense now.” A further reaction stated, “It’s so funny when you’re like 22-23 you think 25 is so old. But then when you hit 30s you’re like man, I was so young at 25,” followed by agreement from another commenter: “24 is not worth panicking over.” One supporter added, “She’s beautiful either way.”

Why Pinkchyu became known as Drake’s “goth baddie”
Before appearing alongside Drake, Lin Lamar had already been building an audience through livestreaming and cosplay content. Her goth-inspired appearance has attracted controversy among some members of the alternative scene, while other viewers expressed jealousy toward Drake after his appearance with her.
Pinkchyu’s profile rose sharply after she featured on an episode of Drake’s ’20 vs 1’ dating challenge in August. During the appearance, she asked Drake, “Would you bark for me?” The rapper played along and barked, to which Pinkchyu responded, “Good boy.” Drake also promised to buy her mother a house after Pinkchyu requested it as a prize for winning.
Pinkchyu later adopted the “goth baddie” nickname, while speculation continued about whether she and Drake were dating. She has not provided a definitive answer about their relationship. When asked about their status, she reportedly gestured toward her friends and said, “They know and they’re telling me not to say anything! I can’t.”
Why This Matters
Pinkchyu’s livestream has added another point of speculation to the public attention surrounding her age, online persona and connection with Drake. Although she said she had just turned 24, conflicting reports had previously circulated online, making it difficult to independently establish whether the number she mentioned was accurate. The incident has nevertheless generated renewed discussion among viewers, while her fans have largely indicated that her age does not change their support for her.
