
Former BBC Radio 1 DJ Tim Westwood has pleaded not responsible to 4 counts of rape, 9 counts of indecent assault and two counts of sexual assault.
The court docket heard this morning (8 December) that three of the alleged indecent assault offences allegedly happened on the BBC Studios in 1996.
He stood within the glass dock at Southwark Crown Courtroom in London when he was arraigned on all 15 counts.
Westwood was charged with the offences in October, regarding seven completely different ladies.
Detective Superintendent Andy Furphy, from the Metropolitan Police Service, mentioned on the time: “It takes braveness to come back ahead and report allegations of this nature. The ladies who’ve executed so have put their belief in us and we proceed to supply them with all obtainable assist.
