HBO has revealed the actors cast to portray three pivotal characters in the second season of its upcoming Harry Potter television series. New Faces for Iconic Roles
British actor Billy Barratt will take on the role of Tom Riddle, the younger incarnation of Lord Voldemort. At just 13 years old, Barratt became the youngest recipient of the International Emmy Award for Best Performance by an Actor for his work in the film Responsible Child.
Lenny Rush has been cast as Dobby, the beloved house-elf. Rush earned critical acclaim for his performance in the series Am I Being Unreasonable?, winning the BAFTA Television Award for Male Comedy Performance.
Bonnie Hill steps into the role of Ginny Weasley, Ron Weasley’s younger sister. Hill joins the production for season two, replacing Gracie Cochrane, who was originally cast for the first season.
