The buyer was Zerina Akers, best known as Beyoncé’s personal stylist and for winning an Emmy Award for her costume design on the performer’s 2020 visual album Black Is King
. Initially priced at nearly $3.7 million, Akers secured the home for just over $3.6 million—approximately $300,000 more than Harlow had paid for the newly built residence.

A little more than two years later—and following a stint as a rental property commanding as much as $30,000 a month—Akers has relisted the property for $4.5 million. Ciara Short of The Beverly Hills Estates is handling the listing.
