Brittany Mahomes stepped into the spotlight ahead of the Kansas City Chiefs’ season opener, launching a new haircare campaign while her husband, Patrick Mahomes, prepared for his highly anticipated return from a serious knee injury.
Brittany Mahomes Expands Business Portfolio with Divi Campaign
The entrepreneur unveiled a fresh partnership with haircare company Divi, continuing a collaboration that began last season with a brand reportedly valued at approximately $100 million. The campaign introduces Divi’s new Soft + Strong Hairspray and features Brittany alongside the company’s founder.
“Two is better than one… Meet SOFT + STRONG Hairspray!!” the announcement read.
The promotion describes one option as providing an “effortless, brushable, every day hold,” while the stronger version targets a more polished finish with “maximum hold.”
“You can be soft… You can be strong… You can be BOTH,” the campaign added.
Perfect Timing: Business Launch Meets Football Comeback
The timing was impossible to ignore. Only hours after Brittany’s campaign launch, Patrick Mahomes was scheduled to take the field against the Denver Broncos in his first regular-season game since tearing the ACL and LCL in his left knee late last season.
Brittany has become an increasingly visible figure in the commercial space while maintaining close ties to the Chiefs organization and her husband’s career. Her work with Divi represents part of that expansion. The reported $100 million figure refers to the company’s valuation, not the value of Brittany’s personal agreement, but the partnership still marks another significant endorsement for the entrepreneur.
She has appeared in multiple campaigns for the brand and has increasingly leveraged her social media presence to promote products and business ventures of her own. Monday created an unusual intersection of two distinct storylines within the Mahomes household: Brittany launching a new campaign while Patrick completed the final stages of a difficult comeback.
Patrick Mahomes Receives Strong Medical Assessment
The quarterback’s recovery had been one of the Chiefs’ biggest offseason questions. NFL insider Ian Rapoport reported that Mahomes returned much faster than expected after surgery.
“He’s coming back from a torn ACL, torn LCL far, far faster than anyone would have possibly thought it,” Rapoport said.
He also offered a positive assessment of Mahomes’ performance during training camp.
“I saw the Kansas City Chiefs in training camp, and I gotta say, it was eye-popping how good Mahomes looked on the field,” Rapoport added.
“His strength is symmetrical from side to side. His function is the same side to side, and his graft is fully healed.”
That medical clearance paved the way for Mahomes to return against Denver. Meanwhile, Brittany had already made her own professional statement before the game began. The Chiefs quarterback was returning to work after months of rehabilitation. His wife was expanding hers.
