Victoria Beckham’s rarely seen niece, Libby Adams, played a special role in her cousin Cruz Beckham’s festival debut at Reading and Leeds over the weekend.
Cruz Beckham, 21, performed with his band The Breakers at Reading on Saturday and Leeds on Sunday. His parents, David and Victoria Beckham, attended the Reading performance alongside two of his siblings, Romeo, 23, and Harper, 15.
For the milestone shows, Cruz enlisted the help of his photographer cousin Libby Adams, the 28-year-old daughter of Victoria’s younger sister, Louise Adams. Libby joined the band’s European and US tour as its official photographer.

David and Victoria shared photographs of Cruz performing on social media on Monday. The images were taken by Libby and showed the singer during different parts of his tour.
Victoria posted a photograph of Cruz wearing a red shirt and jeans, apparently taken during his Reading set, which she watched from the side of the stage with David. She wrote: “Congratulations on an amazing tour, we are so proud of you”
David shared a black-and-white image of Cruz holding a guitar, which appeared to have been taken during an earlier tour performance. He captioned the photograph: “When you see your son doing something he loves,” and thanked Libby “for capturing this”. He also praised Victoria’s niece as “amazing”.
Cruz Beckham dedicates Reading performance to Harper
Cruz took to the stage at Reading on 29 August, where he dedicated one of his songs to Harper, who was watching from the crowd with Romeo.
Reading and Leeds marked the end of Cruz and The Breakers’ tour, which took the band across Europe and the United States. Reflecting on the journey on Instagram on Sunday, Cruz wrote: “I am so grateful for everyone around me, not only are they my best friends but they are family, this journey has been so incredible and i have learned so much because of these people,”
He also thanked Libby for her contribution to the tour, writing: “Lib, not only are you literally family but you are so incredibly talented and we are so lucky to have you on this journey,”
Libby shared photographs from the US leg of the tour on Instagram on 1 August, writing: “Not quite sure what I’ve done to deserve travelling the US with this lot but here we are.”
