Angel Reese will not serve an automatic one-game suspension after the WNBA rescinded what was initially recorded as her eighth technical foul of the season.
The technical foul was issued following an incident involving Portland guard Carla Leite. However, the league reversed the decision shortly after the game.
As a result, Reese remains on seven technical fouls and will avoid both the $1,500 fine and the one-game suspension that would have followed an eighth technical foul.
