A TikTok creator says a new neighbor asked her to stop sunbathing by the pool whenever the neighbor’s husband was home, prompting her to reveal the community’s unusual reputation.
Tink, who uses the handle @spicygirlypop_, shared the video on June 12. It had received about 88,400 likes at the time of publication.
According to Tink, her new neighbor had moved in three days earlier before texting her about sunbathing near the pool. The neighbor reportedly said her husband had a direct view of the backyard and pool from the kitchen window.
“It’s called common courtesy,” the neighbor wrote.
Tink questioned why the issue should be her responsibility and defended her right to use the pool at her own home.
“Like, ma’am, respectfully, I pay mortgage here, too,” she said.
She also suggested that the couple could cover the kitchen window if they did not want to see her outside. The exchange then took an unexpected turn when Tink explained what the neighborhood was known for.

Tink said her neighborhood is known as an “upside down pineapple community,” a reference to residents who practice swinging or consensual nonmonogamy. She also said the community holds an adults-only gathering every Wednesday.
After receiving the neighbor’s text, Tink shared it in the community group chat. They [expletive] lost it,’ she said, adding that members joked about inviting the new neighbor to the next gathering.
Tink later said that, even while filming the TikTok, she was sitting by the pool in a bathing suit directly in front of the kitchen window as the neighbor’s husband washed dishes.
“The real victim here, though, is the kitchen window, that’s for sure,” she added.
She said the neighbor’s husband had never complained while she was outside and that the couple would receive “a proper welcome” at the neighborhood’s next Wednesday party.
Viewers also questioned how the neighbor had obtained Tink’s phone number. One commenter asked, “The real question you should be asking is how did she get your number to begin with.” Another wrote, “I’m invested in this tea.” Several commenters asked Tink to provide an update.
