Travis Kelce became emotional during the national anthem before the Kansas City Chiefs’ final preseason game against the defending Super Bowl champions, the Seattle Seahawks.
The veteran tight end appeared to take in the moment as he prepares for what could be his final season as an NFL player. Kelce also celebrated during the game with a small jump after teammate and tight end Tre Watson hurdled an opponent.
Chiefs prepare for Week 1 against Broncos
The preseason finale ended in a 9-9 tie. Kansas City will now turn its attention to the regular season, beginning with a Week 1 home game against the Denver Broncos at Arrowhead Stadium.
