Defending champions Arsenal began the new Premier League season impressively against newly promoted Coventry, but Monday’s fixture against Aston Villa presents a significantly tougher challenge.
With several key departures from Villa Park, the match could provide another warning sign for Unai Emery’s side following last week’s heavy defeat by Brighton. BBC Sport football expert Chris Sutton expects Arsenal to come out on top.
“There’s only one winner with this,” he said.”Aston Villa had a slow start last season, they have lost big players and I just think Arsenal are going to run all over teams this season.”I think they are going to get better and better which is ominous for everybody else.”

For the second week of the season, Sutton faces Ben Thatcher, drummer with rock band Royal Blood. The band’s latest single, Ten Over Ten, is out now and features on their fifth studio album, Dead Company, which is due for release in November.
