Rebranded to Smile Hotel Shinagawa Sengakuji Station

Hospitality Operations (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President Akio Tanaka), which operates hotels, ski resorts, campgrounds, and other hospitality businesses nationwide, has set up 12 “Smile Hotel Shinagawa Sengakuji Ekimae” in Minato-ku, Tokyo. The rebrand will open on the 1st of the month.

The hotel is about a 1-minute walk from Sengakuji Station on the Toei Subway Asakusa Line and Keikyu Main Line, and 18 minutes from Haneda Airport at the shortest. Located in Minato Ward, where many companies have offices, it is easy to move to various parts of Tokyo such as Shinagawa, Ginza, and Nihonbashi, as well as Yokohama in the neighboring prefecture. The hotel is close to sightseeing spots such as the Imperial Palace and Tokyo Dome, and the company says, “It’s the perfect location for both business and leisure.”

11 floors with 119 double rooms (for 1-2 people, 12.5-14.5 square meters) and 1 universal room (18.5 square meters) for a total of 120 rooms. All rooms are equipped with an internet environment (priority LAN/Wi-Fi compatible), and USB ports and power outlets are installed at the bedside, so that guests can use their computers and mobile phones.
