Yuko Yuko Holdings (HD) launched the “Senior Reach Division” on September 19th. We aim to contribute to a better daily life for members by matching companies that are developing the senior market with senior members who are looking for “value” in their lives.
The Senior Reach Division has changed its name from the Corporate Sales Division. The tagline is “Let’s travel and live at great value.” In the future, (1) marketing support according to the business stage, (2) “AI analysis” to deliver information to people who truly want it, (3) “Yuko Mate” (members actively cooperate with questionnaires and interviews Marketing support by people) (4) “Trial planning for hot products” and “development of original products”.
Marketing support is developed according to three business stages. In Stage 1, “senior market research” includes customer questionnaires, group interviews, home use tests, and mail surveys. In Stage 2, we will publish in the company’s “Yuko Yuko” magazine and carry out experience-based projects in order to “acquire senior recognition”. In stage 3, as “direct marketing”, in addition to distributing e-mail magazines and FAXDM, outbound calls are performed.
