Stamp rally by Tokyo Commercial Tourism Committee to tour places related to Eiichi Shibusawa

The Tourism Committee of the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Chairman: Hiromi Tagawa, Deputy Chairman = Advisor of JTB) has recently started a digital stamp rally that will visit 33 places related to Eiichi Shibusawa in the 23 wards of Tokyo. If you win, 3 people will win a JTB travel ticket of 50,000 yen (complete prize) by lottery. Until October 30th.

This will be the first project of the “Round-Table Conference for Considering Tourism in Tokyo,” which was organized under the Tourism Committee to promote collaborative projects with the 23 wards’ tourism associations and ward offices. In order to revive the tourism-related industry in Tokyo, which is suffering from the new corona disaster, “By involving multiple wards, we will implement it with the aim of restoring the flow of people and promoting tourism demand, as well as promoting cooperation between regions.”

This time, with the theme of Eiichi Shibusawa, the first chairman of Tosho, we picked up 33 spots in 8 wards, such as Imperial Hotel (Chiyoda Ward), Tokyo Stock Exchange (Chuo Ward), Yanaka Cemetery (Taito Ward), and Waseda University (Shinjuku Ward).

Participants visit spots during the period and collect stamps on the smartphone app. Depending on the number of stamps, you can apply for a lottery to win travel tickets, Shibusawa coffee (Paris Expo prize), Eitaro Honpo set (Tosho B prize), etc.
