The Kyushu Headquarters of the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF) will hold the “JAF Members’ Choice! Best Roadside Station Grand Prix 2022” from October 1st to November 20th. Co-sponsored by the Kyushu/Okinawa Road Station Liaison Association Station Masters Association. A project aimed at promoting regional development and driving trips.
The Grand Prix is determined by voting for the best recommended roadside station among the roadside stations in each prefecture of Kyushu and Okinawa that have a member preferential treatment agreement with JAF. There are 3 departments: specialty product department, gourmet department, and equipment department.
After the voting period ends, 18 people will be selected by lottery from among the voters and will be presented with a “Roadside Station Specialty Assortment” worth 3,000 yen. Awards will be given to the roadside station with the highest number of votes in each category and the highest number of overall votes in each prefecture.
