“All I can say is that we are all human. Even the US president, sometimes he has breaks. Our attitude towards our leaders is the same: Let’s give them periodic breaks. But I hope – if the United States is what we are patterning, they would announce it – they would announce it, not what we just found out and then we ask if you can confirm and then confirm,” he said. Senator in a TV interview.
He added, the President or anyone else who is the leader of the country can also rest and his work will be continuous for the next six years.
“Because when you are president, you are president for six years, you are 24 hours a day, you can rest. Just let the people know what your plans are, of our president, who is in charge,” Pimentel said.
It can be recalled that Marcos’ visit to Singapore was rained down on social media, which happened a few days after Typhoon Karding hit and damaged many parts of the country. RNT/JGC
