Bulacan – A body of a shirtless man with his head covered was found in the vacant lot of the Bypass Road in the city of San Jose Del Monte (SJDM).
The police identified the victim as Russel Tarriela, 23, young man and current resident of Melody Plains Subdivision, Brgy. Muzon.
In the report of SJDM Acting chief of police Plt. Col. Ronaldo Lumactod Jr., they received an information that a concerned citizen found the body of a man around 6:00 am this October 2 on Bypass Road, Brgy. Muzon.
Because of this, the police immediately responded to the area until they were exposed to the blind man wearing black shorts, no top and with a yellow t-shirt covering his face.
Later, a person named Luisa positively identified that the body found was her son Russel.
Based on the investigation and the screenshots of the victim’s conversation on his messenger account, it was found that he went to Phase 9, Caloocan City.
It is said that the body, according to the authorities, has been dead for more than 11 hours and was dumped in the area to mislead the investigation.
