Kremlin: Attacks on annexed territories will be regarded as aggression against Russia

In Russian military doctrine says that Moscow reserves the right to use nuclear weapons in the event of aggression against Russia with the use of conventional weapons, “when the very existence of the state is threatened.” The same wording meets in “Fundamentals of State Policy in the Field of Nuclear Deterrence”.
